Terms and Conditions

Capitano Oy 3140312-8 (hereinafter referred to as Fit Tampella or the online store) sells fitness services to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. The prices of products include value added tax.

Contract Terms

Read the Contract Terms and Gym Rules. The membership is valid until further notice and ends after a calendar month's notice. By purchasing a product from the online store, you agree to these terms and conditions and product prices. If an email address is provided at the time of the order, a confirmation will be sent via email.

Ordering

Fitness products are selected on the homepage by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms and product prices. If an email address is given at the time of ordering, a confirmation of the order will be sent by email.

Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are transferred through Bambora's online service and Bambora or Paybyway Oy will appear as the payee on the bank statement and invoice. Bambora forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure as all payment transaction information is transmitted using encrypted connections, so no external party can see payment transaction information.

Payments can be made with online banking credentials, payment cards (credit/debit), invoices, or installment payments via PayForm. Available payment methods include Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard, as well as Jousto, Everyday, and Euroloan.


Delivery

When purchasing fitness services from our online store, you will receive a pin code that allows you to access the gym's doors for four (4) weeks. You can immediately start using the fitness services. We do not mail key cards; you must collect your key card from our customer service during its opening hours. The contract continues indefinitely until the customer terminates it. An email bill incurs an additional charge of 0.80 €, and a paper bill incurs 8.00 €. The membership ends after a calendar month's notice. You cannot terminate during promotional periods. We also do not charge joining fees or annual service fees. An exception is made for a one-time visit pin code, valid for five (5) days, and no key card is provided.
 

Returns

Online store customers have a 14-day exchange and return right according to consumer protection law. Customers have the right to exchange or return part or all of the order's products. If you wish to return a purchased fitness service, first contact the service provider for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for a possible refund.
 

Order Cancellation, Error Liability, and Complaints

The online store has a statutory error liability for the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to bring any disputes to the consumer dispute board for resolution.
