FIT Tampella is a fitness center with excellent amenities. Our first-class facilities are a natural extension of the atmospheric environment of Tampella. It is important for us to provide a pleasant meeting place for everyone and optimal facilities for each individual's training. Our own Smoothie Bar with a terrace offers the perfect conclusion to your workout.

24/7 gym with the best equipment in the industry. We have equipped our gym with Technogym's Selection 900 weight stack machines with UNITY ™ MiniDisplay screens! If you wish, you can utilize workout data and track your progress by connecting the machines to your phone using the Technogym MyWellness application. On cardio machines, you can use your favorite apps or enjoy your desired entertainment through the UNITY interface. Naturally, free weights are also available.

Diverse range of group exercise classes. We offer effective HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions, various muscle training classes, and more peaceful body and mind classes, such as yin yoga, flow yoga, pilates, and body maintenance. Our small group training also includes aerial yoga.

We do not bind to long-term memberships. You only pay for the time you train with us. Our open-ended contracts can be terminated with a calendar month's notice, and if you wish, you can put your contract on hold, for example, during a vacation.
